You can take all your Bob Dancer strategies and throw them away! Though MD claims differently, there is No Way that a VLT system emulates the deal of a True Deck of cards as is required by law in LV and Atlantic City.
The worst thing is the Video Poker machines, on a state run VLT system, you're still playing a Slot machine. If you just go by Lotto odds, the House Edge is better than 40%. Typically their 'Payback Percenatges' are better than the States. The biggest difference depends on at what Percentage the States vs the Privately run Casinos set their machines. With RNG machines every play on every machine is an independant event. When someone else Wins, you Don't! Also I've noticed that for instance with WOF machines, the large Progressives just aren't there, they'll have a lousy $5K or so 'Progressive' instead of the Hundreds of Thousands that you see in LV & AC. The difference between one and the other is that with VLT systems, you're playing in a Pool with other players.
